Boooooorrrreeed

Aloha humans, I’m bored. In case you couldn’t tell. So this is gonna be me just saying whatever comes to mind. A lot like my 3 am post, but at 3 pm.

Black lights are cool. If you have a Glow-in-the-Dark anything, shining a blacklight on it makes it glow super well!

I made a new save file for Kid Icarus Uprising. I made an awesome Viridi palm in a really good time plot-wise (hats off to anyone who knows when I mean). In my old save file, I mained (Does that work for a single-player game?) some hedgehog claws. I think, stars wise, the Viridi palm is better, but plams have lower range than claws, so be warned. Fusing weapons risks making a weapon that seems good stars and ability wise, but the weapon type ends up making it a worse weapon. I wasted an awesome pair of artillary claws on a new weapon (flintlock staff) that ended up sucking. Luckily, that ended up (eventually) becoming my bad-a** Viridi palm.

There is no dual-weilding in Splatoon

Stanford is such a dork. Looking at the invisible ink in the Journal proves it. There is a coded bit on the I’m Back page (spoilers ahead) that says “ILJXUH RXW ZKDW D ‘VLOYHU IRA’ LV ZKB HYHUBRQH NHHSV FDOOLQJ PH RQH” which translates too “Find out what a ‘silver fox’ is and why everyone keeps calling me one.” Just… wow.

I really can’t type. You would not believe how much proof reading I have to do for these posts. And typos still get through!

There is a massive excavation machine that looks like a building! And it frickin drives!

A Bucket Wheel Excavator

Someone DRIVES that! Look at the cars compared to that thing! And they aren’t even that close to it yet!

it’s Markiplier’s birthday!!!

“F***boy artist”, (out of context)

Fat guy on a walk. Is that insensitive? Yes. (what book was this from?)

I wish I had a Wii U.

Well, I think that’s enough; it’s been five hours since I started this. Thanks for reading humans, love ya all! Byeeeeee!

Video Game Recommendation

Aloha humans! I recently tore my house apart looking for my favourite game only to find it under the bed! What game was worth all this hassle? Kid Icarus Uprising!

(honestly, I would, and have, torn the house apart looking for a wodden train whistle)

Fans of the original Kid Icarus game (which are few and far between) may not like this game because it is nothing like the original.

The original game was a platformer that got easier as you went, but level one was brutal. The new is a third person shooter with each level divided into two parts: air and land. Also, the sequel is more story focused.

So, why do I love it so much? Well…

  • Memorable and loveable characters
  • An amazing story
  • Awesome villain
  • Just enough twists to keep you on your toes
  • Lots of content
  • The weapons system
  • And the main character is super loveable

Seriously, Pit is one of the best parts of this game. He’s optimistic, funny, determined, a dork, and all-round a fun and relateable character. Which makes Chapters 21 and 22 espsecially harrowing (hats off to anyone who knows what I’m talking about).

Featuring:

  • Pit, awesome angel protaganist (who can’t fly on his own)
  • Lady Palutena, sassy goddesss that Pit serves
  • Medusa, Goddess of darkeness and leader of the Underworld Army
    • Lord Gaol
    • Hewdraw
    • Thanatos
    • Pandora

And (spoilers avoiding time):

  • Everyone’s favourite genocidal maniac
    • Rock butt
    • Lightning flirt
    • Posh
  • Space Invaders
  • 3rd person
  • Constellation theives
  • Rainbow apocalypse
  • Tri-Force

And that about sums it up. This game is epic, and with each level having adjustable difficulty, even people new to the genre (or gaming) can play. This game has something for just about anyone (and you can change the controls in options if you prefer).

That about does it. Thanks for reading humans, love ya all! Byeeeeee!
